  • *Lead author / Paper presenters from India are NOT ELIGIBLE for registration fees for online video conferencing (they have to pay offline registration fees and present at the venue and cannot present online).

  • *Co-authors and other Indians (only participation), South Asian (Both paper presentation and participation) and International (Both paper presentation and participation) are eligible for registration fees for online video conferencing. 

**South Asian Participants are from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Pakistan, Maldives, Sri Lanka and Nepal.

*****The UG/PG/M.Phil/ PhD Student rate is open to individuals who are students at a recognized college or university, and who are not employed. Part time MPhil/PhD Students are not eligible for the student rate. Proof of Student status (Letter from University/College or Copy of Identity Card) must be sent by email (scanned versions) or mail. Non submission of proof of Student status will bar him/her to avail the M.Phil/PhD scholar rate.

******The RVU student rate is open to individuals who pursue any programme of RV University (RVU). Proof of student status (Letter from University/College or Copy of Student Identity Card) must be sent by email (scanned versions) or mail. Non submission of proof of student status will bar a RVU student to avail the RVU student rate.

****** An Accompanying Person is a General/Student Participant’s spouse, companion or child (Child below 5 years need not pay the accompanying person fees) who does not have a business or scientific interest in the conference. Accompanying persons may attend scientific sessions, but not present a paper or be a co-author.

CERTIFICATES

Three Types of Certificates would be presented at the Conference.

1. Certificate of Attendance - For all participants (BOTH ONLINE AND OFFLINE) who register and participate in the conference.

 

2. Certificate of Presentation - For all participants who register, participate in the conference and present a Paper (including registered co-authors ONLINE / OFFLINE).

 

3. Certificate of Appreciation - For all participants who register and function as volunteer members of various committees and Resource Persons of the Conference (BOTH ONLINE AND OFFLINE).

No certificate will be issued to accompanying person(s).

Cancellation and Refund Policy (No cancellation will be made based on paper rejection. Registration is only for making a person eligible participant).

First Choice: Transfer of Registration
First Choice: Transfer of Registration - In the event that a participant is unable to attend the Conference due to conflicting schedule, he/she can transfer their registration to their colleagues or friends. All requests for transfer of registration must be made in writing to the Conference organizers via email to rvusascv2023@gmail.com
Second Choice: Cancellation and Refund
In case if the participant has no one to transfer your registration, they can cancel their registration. All cancellation must be made in writing to the Conference organizers. International Participants Cancellations received on or before 1st January 2023 will be refunded in full at the then prevailing foreign exchange rate between Indian Rupees and the US dollar less an administrative charge of $50 US dollars. Cancellation received between 1st January 2023 and 10th January 2023 (exclusive), a 50% cancellation fee of the total cost applies (administrative charges same as specified in full refund). Cancellation received after 10th January 2023, no refunds will be made. South Asian participants Cancellations and refund process is as the same of International participants, except it would be calculated in Indian Rupees (administrative charges would be Rs.1000).
