* South Asian Participants are from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Pakistan, Maldives, Sri Lanka and Nepal.
** International Participants are from Countries outside South Asian Region.
*** The student rate is open to individuals who are students at a recognized college or university, and who are not employed. Students include UG/PG/M.Phil/PhD. Part time PhD Students are not eligible for the student rate. Proof of student status (Letter from University/College or Copy of Student Identity Card) must be sent by email (scanned versions) or mail. Non submission of proof of student status will bar a student to avail the student rate.
**** An Accompanying Person is a General/Student Participant’s spouse, companion or child (Child below 5 years need not pay the accompanying person fees) who does not have a business or scientific interest in the conference. Accompanying persons may attend scientific sessions, but not present a paper or be a co-author.

CERTIFICATES
Three Types of Certificates would be presented at the Conference.
1. Certificate of Attendance - For all participants who register and participate in the conference.
2. Certificate of Presentation - For all participants who register, participate in the conference and present a Paper (including registered co-authors).
3. Certificate of Appreciation - For all participants who register and function as volunteer members of various committees and Resource Persons of the Conference.
General Registration fees includes: Access to all scientific sessions and exhibition areas, Conference pack, High Tea for 3 days, 3 lunches, and 2 Dinners.
Student Registration fees includes: Access to all scientific sessions and exhibition areas, Conference pack, High Tea for 3 days, 3 lunches, and 2 Dinners.

IMPORTANT
NOTE:
The organizer will give a lead period of up to 21 days for the
delegates fee to be settled in our bank account sent via Bank
Wire Transfer or Cheque/Demand Draft. If there is an issue of
cheque bouncing or other and the money is not settled, the registration
will not be processed.
Cancellation and Refund Policy (CLOSED ON 10TH DECEMBER 2010)
First Choice: Transfer of Registration
In the event that you are unable to attend the Conference due
to conflicting schedule, you can transfer your registration to
your colleagues or friends. All requests for transfer of
registration must be made in writing to the Conference Administrator via email to
sascvconf@sascv.org

Second Choice: Cancellation and Refund
In case you have no one to transfer your registration, you can
cancel your registration.
All cancellation must be made in writing to the Conference
Administrator. International Participants Cancellations
received on or before 10th November 2010 will be refunded in
full at the then prevailing foreign exchange rate between
Indian Rupees and the US dollar less an administrative charge
of 15 US dollar. Cancellation received between 11th November
2010 and 10th December 2010 (exclusive), a 50% cancellation
fee of the total cost applies (administrative charges same as
specified in full refund). Cancellation received after 10th
December 2010, no refunds will be made. South Asian
participants Cancellations and refund process is as the same
of International participants, except it would be calculated
in Indian Rupees
(administrative charges would be Rs.500).
